Foster at Carmen. The private party room
is located adjacent to the main entrance
area and is our "main dining room". You
will find spacious booth banquettes and
tables that may be arranged to fit your
guest head count. We can accommodate
both full and partial buyouts of the
restaurant, and develop a menu that will
meet your optimal party desires. Please
